Yes, We're Open and Taking Precautions.

At St. Louis Union Station, we are concerned first with the health and safety of our guests, our team members and the local community. We know the Coronavirus is top of mind right now and we want to assure you that we are taking proactive steps to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible.

The Aquarium, St. Louis Wheel, our restaurants and the St. Louis Union Station Hotel are open to the public and operating on a normal schedule. At the Aquarium, we are also here every day to look after the 13,000 animals in our care.

We have a robust cleaning and disinfecting operation at St. Louis Union Station's hotel, restaurants and attractions, including the Aquarium, Wheel, Mirror Maze and Ropes Course on a normal basis. Now our cleaning schedules have been increased and we are disinfecting hard surfaces frequently and thoroughly throughout the day and deep cleaning again after hours every night.

We have reduced the number of tickets being sold to the St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station to reduce crowding. We are also in the process of discontinuing use of touch-screen kiosks at the Aquarium until further notice.

Despite these measures, Aquarium guests who choose not to visit now may exchange their timed tickets for another date by email rather than coming to the box office. Tickets are valid for 90 days after purchase. To initiate an exchange, please email info@stlouisaquarium.com. St. Louis Wheel tickets also are valid for 90 days after purchase.

We will continue to follow the news about Coronavirus closely and will be paying attention to the guidance of the national CDC as well as state and local health authorities.

Be safe and well. We look forward to seeing you soon at St. Louis Union Station.
